Delivery Information

We use Austalia Post to send your order to you. Postage is free within Australia.  We will endeavour to get your order to you within seven working days of receipt of payment. However, as our products are hand embroidered and not mass produced on occasion some or all of the items you order maybe out of stock then there will be a delay of approximately thirty days.

Whilst we try our best to avoid this happening, should it occur we will contact you within three working days of receipt of payment to enquire as to whether you would like us to arrange a refund or whether you want to wait for the item to arrive. In the event of part of your order being out of stock we will deliver any items you have bought according to our normal terms and any out of stock items you wish to wait for will be sent on arrival without further charge for delivery.
