ORDERS

For your convenience orders can be made by the following methods.

1 / Online – through the website  with payment through PAYPAL

2/ Email – by placing your order through sales@lettobellolinen.com.au

3/ Phone – by calling 0412 885 855 for help with an order or to provide credit card details.

Your order will be confirmed by Letto Bello Linen and  you will be notified of availability and a dispatch date.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We use Australia Post to send your order to you. We will endeavour to get your order to you within seven working days of receipt of payment. However, as our products are hand embroidered and not mass produced  on occasion when any or all of the items you order are out of stock there will be a delay of approximately thirty days. Whilst we try our best to avoid this happening, should it occur we will contact you within two working days of receipt of payment to enquire as to whether you would like us to arrange a refund or whether you want to wait for the item to arrive. In the event of part of your order being out of stock we will deliver any items you have bought according to our normal terms and any out of stock items you wish to wait for will be sent on arrival without further charge for delivery.

RETURNS

We hope you will be very happy with your new Letto Bello purchases. However, should you be dissatisfied for any reason whatsoever we ask that you contact us within twenty four hours  of receipt of your delivery and provided the goods are returned within seven days to us unused in their original packaging and resalable we will arrange a refund or an exchange of goods as you require.

Similarly, your goods should reach you in perfect condition but if your bed linen is damaged or flawed in any way please let us know within five working days of receipt and we will arrange a refund or replacement of goods as appropriate.  Please note shipping and delivery charges in respect of all returns except in the case of damaged goods will be at the customer’s expense.
