Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we deliver internationally however there will be a charge for this service and we will inform you of the price depending on what you have acquired. 

What Delivery Methods Are Available?

We use Australia Post and postage over a $200 spend is free within Australia. We will endeavour to get your order to you within seven working days of receipt of payment. With some of our products that are hand embroidered and not mass produced, there may be a delay in supply and we will notify you as soon as possible. 

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

 For your convenience, orders can be made by the following methods:

What is your policy on returns?

Should you be dissatisfied with your product, we ask that you contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your delivery and provided the goods are returned within seven days to us unused, in its original packaging and resealable, we will arrange a refund or an exchange of goods as you require. 

Similarly, your goods should reach you in perfect condition but if your bed linen is damaged or flawed in any way please let us know within five working days of receipt and we will arrange a refund or replacement of goods as appropriate.  Please note shipping and delivery charges in respect of all returns except in the case of damaged goods will be at the customer’s expense.
